Admission Procedure

Important Information of Registration

  • The dully filled registration form must be submitted to the school office before taking the admission.
  • Free Admission is open from Pre-Nursery to class IV.
  • Parents\Guardians of students seeking admission to class Nursery can bring their children to school for a personal interview in any working days between 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
  • There will be an interview to the students and parent; necessary entrance test will be taken after interview if student found unsatisfactory for the class.

Mode of selection

  • An interview will be taken for Nursery.
  • There will be an interview and test ( if necessary) for LKG to class IV.
  • Written test will be taken on English, Math, Science and Nepali.
  • The results of the test will be on the same day.

Annual Fess are paid once a year for the following

  • Old students must pay annual fees and two month (April and May) fees within 30 days in the first month of new session.
  • School will send bills for the next month in advance of 15 days.
  • 12 months payment will get 1 month free.

One time payment for whole year are as follows

  • 1 Sweater
  • Belt

Books and Copies

The books and copies are available at the school office; please collect books and copies after clearance of fees for the current session. It is compulsory to use school copy.

Distribution of books and copies on chaitra 30th at 10:00 to 4:00 p.m

Note: If the books are not bought within 15 days time, than the parents are requested to buy from the stationary shop.

Nursery: Total books Five: There will be two books for small and capital letter handwriting.

  • One Nepali handwriting book
  • One Numerical book (math)
  • One All-In-One book.

Each student must maintain two copies as class work and home work . Books are sent once in a week for the parents to look what was taught in week. These books must return on Sunday (during last Sunday break – return on Monday).

School timing

  • The new session for all classes will begin on (5th Baishak 2067) 18th April 2010.
  • The school timing for class Nursery to LKG is from 9:30 to 2:30 p.m.
  • The school timing for class UKG to class IV is 9:30 to 4:00 p.m.
  • School remain closed on every Saturday and last Sunday.

Bus routes

  • Aakashe Dhara-Suke dhara-Dhumbarahi-Mahakal-Pyuntar.
  • New route can be adjusted on parent’s request.
  • Transportation charges up to 2 km is Rs. 250 up to 5 km.

General Rules of Discipline

  1. Students must come in proper uniform in the school.
  2. Students should attend to the school regularly.
  3. The school may expel students who misbehave to the teachers and other.
  4. If students are found in immoral conduct, they can be immediately expelled.
  5. Students found vandalizing the school’s property will be charged as a fine.
  6. Students are not allowed to go out without permission in school time.
  7. No one is allowed to bring precious things in the school. School will not be responsible for it.
  8. Student will have to pay a fine Rs. 5/- for absent without information.
  9. Student must buy new dairy if the dairy is lost or damage.

Notice to the Parents

  1. Parents are not allowed to meet the student during the class hours without the permission of the principal.
  2. Parents are requested not to send the child in the school if the child is suffering form infectious disease.
  3. Parents must inform the school if the child has any bad habits in home so that school can help him\her for these habits.
  4. Please do not keep your child in home for any kind of religious /matrimonial or any other functions.
  5. Please send your child in neat and clean dress. Do not put thick and dirty trouser from inside pant.

Exam Rules

Each pupil must pass in all three terminal exams.

PUC, in case if any student is failed in one term due to serious sickness or fracture in right hand or any other serious case must produce support document for the consideration.
